During the preparation it is important that the temperature of the wine does not exceed 70°C, otherwise the alcohol will evaporate. Most mulled wines have an alcohol content of around 13%. However, we have mulled wine without alcohol in our range! Non-alcoholic mulled wine is also intended to be served warm, at a temperature of approximately 60°C.
