Ingredients
- 60ml ISH London Botanical Spirit - Alternative to Gin
- 10ml ODK Fruity Mix Passion Fruit
- 15ml ODK Sour Lime 100%
- 10ml ODK Barista Syrup White Sugar
- 90ml Imperdibile Soda Water
- 15ml apple juice
- ice cubes
- slice of dried pineapple
How to make?
- Pour 60ml ISH London Botanical Spirit into a long drink glass
- Add 10ml ODK Fruity Mix Passion Fruit, 15ml ODK Sour Lime 100%, 10ml ODK Barista Syrup White Sugar and 15ml apple juice
- Gently stir all ingredients together with the bar spoon
- Top up the glass with 90ml Imperdibile Soda Water
- Garnish the glass with a slice of dried pineapple
